I have this intrinsic need to create. When I was younger my outlet was writing and acting, now I just turn off my brain and paint. It feels so good to just let my creativity flow. Sometimes I have a plan and sometimes the paintbrush just makes something appear like magic.
Artist Biography:
I started painting in 2020, because I was laid off and my husband was deployed. I was looking for anything to do to avoid my depression. I would do a few tutorials a year from then until 2024 when I started making originals, but I still wouldn’t take it seriously. In October of 2025, I had a manic episode and started painting constantly. I joined an inktober challenge and a discord that month and started calling myself an artist.

Drawing/Painting – water color, acrylic, oil, charcoal, pencil, etc.,Mixed Media- collage, assemblage, found objects, etc.
