The Lost Alchemist Art Co| Kymberly Radabaugh
Artist Name:
Kymberly Radabaugh
Description of Artwork:
I find cut and polish our gemstones/crystals. Most of my jewelry is made through a process called Electroforming. It is a method involving sulfuric acid, copper sulphate and a few other ingredients, they are then hooked up to a rectifier that provides and electric current. Each piece of jewelry is sculpted, put together and sealed, before being covered in conductive paint. The final part of the bath is going into the tank and setting the amperage to the appropriate setting. Each one “cooks” for about 24-48 hours before going through the patina and polish process.
