What We Ask of You
- Be ready for artists to set up at 5 PM.
- Be open to the public from 6–9 PM on crawl night.
- Provide indoor / covered space for at least 2 artists, each with a 6–8 ft table and walking room for visitors.
- Offer a welcoming atmosphere — good lighting, accessibility, parking and restrooms.
- Enhance the experience with something special (live music, on site activities, refreshments, or extended menu).
- Promote your participation on your own social media or signage — we’ll provide the materials.
- Host only approved artists who have registered through Midland Art Crawl.
