Join hundreds of neighbors for a night that celebrates art, music, and community. By opening your doors, you’ll connect with new audiences and help showcase local creativity – without adding extra work to your plate.
We provide the artists, marketing, and an onsite volunteer so you can focus on your guests and business.

What We Provide
- Artist coordination and placement

- An onsite volunteer for Q&A about Midland Art Crawl
- Event signage and wayfinding
What We Ask of You
- Be ready for artists to set up at 5 PM.
- Be open to the public from 6-9 PM on crawl night.
- Provide indoor / covered space for at least 2 artists, each with a 6-8 ft table and walking room for visitors.
- Offer a welcoming atmosphere good lighting, accessibility, parking and restrooms.
- Enhance the experience with something special (live music, on site activities, refreshments, or extended menu).
- Promote your participation on your own social media or signage we’ll provide the materials.
- Host only approved artists who have registered through Midland Art Crawl.
