On Friday, December 4, the Midland Art Crawl opens doors across the city for one free winter night. Walk into galleries, shops, restaurants and gathering spots where local and regional artists show and sell their work. Hear live music, make something at a hands-on table, grab something warm, and take home a gift made by someone who lives here.
Start at any stop. Follow the map. Stay as long as you like. There is no ticket, no sign-up, and you don’t need to know anything about art. Bring your family, your coworkers or your friends.
What you’ll find
- Local artists selling original work, and artists keep 100% of what they sell
- Live music and all-ages activities at stops across the city
- Food and drink at every stop
- A Hop Around Pass and route map to carry from stop to stop
Plan your night
- Stops are announced starting October 23. The full map drops November 20.
- Some stops stay open past 9 PM. The map marks which ones.
- Take the two-minute survey at any stop. It helps us keep the crawl free.
Get involved
- Artists: registration opens to members October 5 and to everyone October 8. It closes November 6. Become an Artist
- Volunteers: sign up starting October 12. Be a Volunteer
- Sponsors: nine ways to make the night possible, from $500. Commit by November 6. Sponsor the Crawl
- Venues: register, pay and choose your activities by October 9. Become an Art Crawl Stop
