The Midland Art Crawl is a year-round effort made possible by dedicated committee members who volunteer their time, skills, and passion to support artists, venues, and programs across West Texas. Our committees work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure strong governance, sustainable growth, and exceptional event execution.
We operate under three working committees designed for efficiency, clarity, and long-term sustainability:
Purpose
To ensure artists and attendees have an exceptional experience during every Crawl and across our year-round programs.
Key Responsibilities
Ideal Volunteers
Artists, educators, creatives, gallery professionals, venue owners, and community members familiar with cultural programming.


Purpose
To secure the financial sustainability of the Crawl, build strategic partnerships, and oversee donor and member engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Ideal Volunteers
Professionals in business development, philanthropy, sponsorships, finance, grant writing, sales, or community leadership.
Purpose
To increase awareness, elevate the artist directory, and drive attendance for each Crawl and related programming.
Key Responsibilities
Ideal Volunteers
Creative professionals, marketers, storytellers, photographers, videographers, social media managers, or anyone excited about local arts.


The Programs Committee works closely with the VP and Artist Relations.

The Development Committee works closely with the Treasurer, Sponsorship Chair, and Governance.

The Marketing Committee works closely with Communications Advisors and organizational leadership.
