Midland, TX – January 21, 2026 – Some themes are planned. Others are destined.
As a winter storm settles over West Texas, Midland Art Crawl proudly presents Frost & Flame, a winter-forward art crawl that leans all the way into the moment – cold air, glowing firelight, bold creativity, and the unmistakable warmth of community.
On Friday, January 23, guests are invited to bundle up, dress boldly, and step into an immersive evening where frost meets fire across Midland’s most inspiring venues. With fire pits, fireplaces, beer spikes, warm drinks, and radiant art experiences throughout the city, Frost & Flame promises to be one of the most atmospheric Art Crawls to date.
This is not a night to stay home.
From icy elegance to fiery expression, Frost & Flame transforms winter into an experience — perfect for a creative date night, a cozy evening with friends, or anyone looking to reconnect with Midland’s vibrant cultural pulse. Guests can expect local art, live music, glowing installations, warm beverages, and moments that spark conversation long before Valentine’s Day arrives.
❄️🔥 Dress the Theme
For the first time, Midland Art Crawl is introducing an attendee fashion moment, encouraging guests to dress the theme: Fur coats. Ice queen crowns. Fire fits. Frosted glam. Ember tones. Dramatic layers.
Whether subtle or full send – this is your moment.
🔥 Safety First
With winter weather expected, guests are encouraged to drive slowly, plan ahead, carpool, or take an Uber/Lyft. Venues are walkable in clusters, and the evening is designed to be enjoyed at a relaxed, intentional pace. Start early, stay cozy, and make a night of it.
